1. Shipping Policy
1.1. Customs taxes
If Goods are being ordered from outside the EU or China, import duties and taxes may be incurred once your Goods reach their destination. We are not responsible for such charges and we undertake to make no calculations or estimates in this regard. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. If you are buying internationally, you are advised to contact your local customs authorities for further details on costs and procedures. As the purchaser of the Goods, you will also be the importer of record and as such should ensure that your purchase is in full compliance with the laws of the country into which the Goods are being imported. Please be aware that Goods may be inspected on arrival at port for customs purposes and we cannot guarantee that the packaging of your Goods will be free of signs of tampering.
If import duties and taxes are incurred, you will not get your parcel until the charges are paid. If you don’t pay, the parcel will be held by your local customs for around 3 weeks and after that, if you still haven’t paid, it will be returned to us, and we will have to pay these charges as well as additional postage fee for the return. As the Goods will be returned to us we will refund your order but these import duties and taxes will be deducted from the order refund. Note that we are not responsible for the refund of any import duties and taxes that your order may have incurred.
1.2. Wrong address
We will not be responsible for wrong shipping addresses if we do not have the correct information. Any reprocessed order will be charged an additional fee, USD 20.00 with standard shipping or USD 40.00 with express service, in case of incorrect shipping information provided. Those fees will be deducted from the refund if the order is canceled after having been shipped.
1.3. Shipping methods
We reserve the right to vary shipping methods to certain destinations should it be considered more appropriate and to alter the shipping method from that stated on your order should we deem it necessary.
1.4. Delivery time
The delivery time frames are for reference only. There is no guarantee that the parcel will arrive within the defined time. Transit times can vary based on the shipping location, weather condition, custom inspection.
2. Returns & Refunds
Only purchases made directly from our online store www.coolado.com qualify for our policy.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.
2.3. Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

2.4. Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, mail us back your item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Please send us an email at email@example.com for instructions on how to mail your product to us. Consumers shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the item while in transit to our facilities.
2.8. Beware of Counterfeit
Beware of counterfeit products trading off of the valuable goodwill of the Coolado® brand. Like many companies that have expended years and enormous resources in carefully developing brand recognition, Coolado products are being unlawfully imitated and sold at inferior quality through unauthorized channels, and usually at drastically reduced prices. These inferior knockoffs, while not always easy to detect, are not produced by or for Coolado or under its control. Accordingly, these products do not meet Coolado’s quality standards and are not covered by Coolado warranty.
Owner of multiple engineering patents, design patents and trademarks worldwide, we intend to vigorously investigate those who manufacture or sell counterfeit Coolado products and take action against counterfeiters as appropriate to protect the value that the Coolado® brand has come to represent.

3. Warranty Policy
Coolado policy is to honor product warranties and to perform services only on products purchased from an authorized Coolado dealer and only accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. If you purchase a Coolado product from an unauthorized dealer or if the original factory serial number has been removed, defaced or altered, your Coolado warranty will not be valid.
Unfortunately, there are some websites and dealers who claim to be authorized Coolado reseller but are not. Products sold on these websites or from these dealers do not carry a warranty from Coolado. When you purchase products from an unauthorized website or dealer you are taking a risk, because these products may be counterfeit, used, defective, or may not be designed for use in your country. Please protect yourself and your Coolado product by ensuring that you only purchase Coolado products from an Authorized Coolado Dealer.
REMINDER: WARRANTIES ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE. SECOND-HAND ITEMS, INCLUDING SALES FROM WEBSITES SUCH AS EBAY AND CRAIG’S LIST, ARE NOT COVERED BY A MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY.
4.1. Personal Information We Collect
